• Employee enrollment, manage employee master records in SAP system. • Review HR count in payroll system, new hires, resigned, terminated during the month. • Manage off cycle payroll payments. • Process monthly allowance, commission and incentives, also ensure monthly deductions. • Generate pre execution payroll report to ensure 100% accuracy. • Reconciliation of payroll related items with previous month to review and justify changes. • Identify need to develop in payroll and accounting system, new GLs/wage type. • Ensure, payroll is in compliance with company policy and law. Minimum wage, grade and taxes. • Manage to verify employee bank accounts, also update bank records of existing employees. • Supervise and close liaison through audit process. • Payroll posting to GLs, recon of payroll files with trail balance. Suggest adjusting entries if any.
