Hello Recruitment Team, Your company has advertised an opening for which my experience directly qualifies me. I worked as a Relationship Officer for HSBC, FAB and ADCB here in Dubai, UAE. Wherein i have to generate leads for credit cards and other bank products to achieve monthly KPI’s. My first job in UAE was as a Floor Supervisor in Meat me There Fast Food LLC here in Dubai. Mostly, my tasks were to ensure that all admin works are done and all staff is performing well. Prior to that, I have been in a BPO/Call Center industry for eight years. Three years of my experience was being part of the Quality Team that monitors agent’s calls for metrics update, calibrations, product, and team improvement. I also worked close with clients for brain storming, call listening sessions as well as budget and engagement meetings. I have been exposed to a customer driven and goal oriented environment. My call center experience particularly customer service gives me unique ability to apply it, in all its forms, to business processes. Some of the business process knowledge includes finance, facilities, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes. I also worked as a Retail Store Supervisor at Bench Philippines wherein I handled the store operational requirements such as staff scheduling, training, maintaining store cleanliness and markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios. I had experiences in Human Resource department and as company secretary that manage employee’s file, applicant examinations, answering calls, marketing, accounting, managing payroll and encoding. I have tried working in a hotel for a year as well as Receptionist who handles reservations query over the phone and during check in and out.
