Job Description

- To provide IT technical support and service, maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by delivering information technology services, within the organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for IT Support. Help streamline IT operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Knowledge of SLAs
- Good customer service skills
- Passion for IT / enterprise technology
- Basic time management skills
- Problem solving mindset (including prioritization) and Desire to understand root cause
- Solid English skills
- Min. 3-4 years of experience as a IT Support Analyst / Service Delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer/Science/Technology or any related field.
- Preferred certification MCITP/MSCE, CCNA/CCNP
