Job Description

A large local group of companies looking forĀ 

  • Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
  • Timings: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Visa Preference: Own Visa Preferred

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule projects and attend meetings until proper delivery is achieved.
  • Manage work schedules for build-up staff to meet event and operational needs during both event and non-event periods.
  • Recommend staffing needs for interim set-up projects.
  • Oversee the installation of booths, both indoor and outdoor, in exhibition halls during event build-up, including exhibition stands and weddings.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Project Coordination: Ability to schedule and manage project timelines from inception to delivery.
  • Staff Management: Proficiency in coordinating and managing work schedules for event build-up staff.
  • Operational Planning: Experience in recommending staffing needs and managing setup projects.
  • Quality Control: Skilled in inspecting and ensuring the quality of installations, both indoor and outdoor.
