Job Description

  • Position: Contact Center Agent - Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Location: Dubai
  • Duration: 6  months Extendable
  • Salary: 4,800 AED per month

  • Learn and develop day-to-day knowledge about products and services, customer service systems, and standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Handle inbound inquiries received through various channels (e.g., calls, live chat, social media, or email) with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Qualify customer inquiries to generate quality leads and log them in the CRM system for the sales team’s perusal.
  • Handle customer orders by scripting new orders and/or validating and processing existing orders in the CRM system, following up with service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle support requests, complaints, or feedback by logging all tickets in the case management system. Follow up with internal teams and/or third parties for timely resolution and closure of customer cases.
  • Perform outreach activities to generate quality leads, onboard clients, or close the feedback loop through case management.
  • Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) set to measure the performance of the contact center against business objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a contact center (Inbound/Outbound) at the agent level.
  • UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Minimum High school or equivalent certificate
