• Identify and list key global stakeholders in the manufacturing industry:
• Public Sector: Relevant government ministries, agencies, and regulators.
• Private Sector: Major manufacturers, supply chain companies, and industry associations.
• Startups: Innovative firms, including Industry 4.0 solutions providers.
• Academia and NGOs: Universities and research organizations focused on manufacturing.
• Conduct interviews or surveys to understand stakeholder roles and priorities.
• Develop a table summarizing stakeholder profiles.
• Daily News Report on Manufacturing:
• Monitor industry news from credible sources, including:
• Trade publications
• Government releases
• Startup announcements
• Global manufacturing partnerships
• Summarize daily news highlights in daily internal email briefs.
• Strategic Document on Manufacturing Sub-Sectors:
• Identify and analyze promising sub-sectors within manufacturing (e.g., automotive, aerospace, green manufacturing, Industry 4.0, etc).
• Examine market size, trends, and challenges for each sub-sector.
• Present findings in regular one-page report formats
