Job Description: Marketing Specialist (Full Time)
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 18,000 – 22,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the Travel Industry, Hospitality, or Airline background
Language Requirements: Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish, Czech, Romanian, or French is an advantage
Gender Preference: Female
Contract Length: 1-year temporary (with the option of renewal based on performance)
Visa/Insurance: Can be provided, if required
Joining Date: January 2025

Position Overview:
The Senior Associate will support the Head of Region (HOR) in driving strategic thinking, market planning, and operational excellence for the allocated region. This role will focus on assisting in market analysis, business planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring effective execution of all overseas office activities in alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:I. Support HOR in Analytical Work, Strategic Thinking, and Market Planning

Assist HOR in preparing and submitting the Overseas Offices (OO) Business Plans as part of the overall market plans for each respective market.

Collaborate with the 360 Team to review yearly market plans with HOR.

Ensure continuous updates of market plans based on market insights and feedback, accounting for any emerging scenarios.

Contribute to the timely submission and finalization of business plans, ensuring that activities within the plans have clear, measurable outcomes, and corresponding KPIs.
II. Operational Excellence and Stakeholder Management

Manage key accounts of all Overseas Office agencies, ensuring clear communication plans and weekly updates.

Prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively for the execution of the OO Business Plans and Market Plans.

Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders as per the B2B communications plan.

Assist HOR in ensuring seamless alignment with internal stakeholders and bridge any communication gaps.
III. Reporting, Tracking, and Administrative Duties

Ensure adherence to the approval process for the delivery of all projects (e.g., One-Pagers, Direct Agreements, RFPs, Claims, Payments).

Maintain CRM management (Simple View) and ensure the continuous updating of contacts.

Review monthly reports submitted by Overseas Offices and agencies, ensuring timely payment processing in conjunction with the Finance department.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of Overseas Offices/agencies, providing recommendations to the AVP.

Oversee the contractual relationships of Overseas Offices/agencies, including the development, amendment, renewal, and cancellation of contracts.

Ensure all activity reports are submitted on time, with KPIs, outcomes, and learnings factored into future work.

Update budget trackers for each market and monitor target vs. actual spend, reporting findings weekly to AVP.

Assist HOR in preparing and reporting region performance to Senior Management, ensuring compliance with all internal processes.
IV. Ad-Hoc Agile Support

Continuously monitor and identify opportunistic projects and activities to boost results and optimize performance.

Effectively implement tasks by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
