Salary Range: AED 6,000.00 – AED 6.300.00

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE & Fire Safety Officer to join our team for managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices and ensuring fire safety standards across our building facilities, including One Central. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facilities management, construction, and HSE with a focus on fire safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire safety protocols.
• Monitor and enforce the proper implementation of fire safety measures and emergency response plans.
• Provide safety training and fire safety education to staff and contractors.
• Ensure all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinklers, are in working order.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare safety reports and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in coordination with the facilities management team.
• Organize fire drills and training for staff, ensuring preparedness in emergency situations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines for construction activities on-site.
