Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pilates Reformer Specialist to lead engaging and effective classes, designed to improve members’ strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. The role involves delivering personalized instruction to individuals of all fitness levels, ensuring safe and proper technique, and fostering a welcoming environment. The Pilates Reformer Specialist will also contribute to member retention and overall satisfaction while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of studio equipment

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes in a boutique fitness or health club setting.

Experience working with a variety of fitness levels, including those with injuries or physical limitations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Deep understanding of Pilates Reformer techniques, body mechanics, and corrective exercise.

Knowledge of exercise modifications for various skill levels and health conditions.

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and retain them.

Strong social media/Instagram presence to engage clients and promote classes.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month

Education Qualification

Certification in Pilates Reformer Instruction from a recognized organization (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates).

CPR/AED Certification (current and valid).
