Position: Sales & Membership Executive
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 6,500

Job Summary:

The Sales & Membership Executive is responsible for promoting fitness club packages and memberships to clients in order to meet sales targets. This role involves generating leads, conducting club tours, presenting services, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth and profitability for the fitness center.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and confident
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and professionalism
  • Event Planning: Experience in organizing or participating in promotional events is a plus
  • Health Promotion: Actively promotes a healthy lifestyle to clients
  • Behavioral Competencies: Integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,500.00 per month

 

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or luxury services
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong social media presence and ability to leverage platforms for lead generation and brand promotion
