Position Title: Gym Instructor/Fitness Attendant

Salary: AED 5,500

Job Summary:

The Gym Instructor/Fitness Attendant is responsible for providing excellent service to members on the gym floor, ensuring a smooth and engaging fitness experience. The role involves assisting members with their workouts, offering spotting services, ensuring equipment safety and cleanliness, and promoting the facility’s services and products. The Gym Instructor is also tasked with ensuring member satisfaction and supporting personal trainers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Certification:

• 1 year of experience in a gym instructor or fitness attendant role.
• Level 2 Fitness Instructing certification (Category A UAE REPS or equivalent).
• First Aid Certification (preferred).

• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong social media/Instagram presence to promote the fitness brand and engage clients.
• Ability to offer fitness assistance and guidance on the gym floor.
• Organized, punctual, and good communication skills.
• Actively promote a healthy lifestyle to members.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, proactive and professional approach.
