Position: Sales & Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales & Business Development
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: 8,000 AED – 13,000 AED (depending on experience) plus incentives
Contract Duration: 2 Years (Full Time)
Job Summary:
A highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager is required to generate revenue through bespoke products and services, targeting new markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the relevant industry.
Key Accountabilities:

Identify new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential leads.

Conduct presentations and manage meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

Tailor sales pitches to meet the specific needs of each client.

Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates with management.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Identify opportunities for product improvement and development based on client feedback.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively execute sales strategies.

Share insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales performance.

Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-study.

Valid UAE driver's license Proven track record as a Sales Executive/Manager or similar role, preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry
