Head Nurse

Skills and Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with active DHA licensure and current certifications.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred, though an associate degree in nursing with
significant experience may also be considered.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, including 1–2 years in a
supervisory or leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of home healthcare procedures, policies, and best practices.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to make quick decisions in emergency situations and resolve conflicts
effectively.

Compassionate, patient-centred care approach.

Ability to work independently and manage a team remotely.
Working Conditions:

The role typically involves working in patients' homes, as well as an office setting for
administrative tasks.

Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties, may be required.

Travel between patients' homes is expected
