Job Title: Florist
Location: Alserkal Avenue, Dubai.
Salary: AED 5,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Job Summary:

A dynamic and creative Florist is required to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for floral design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions. This role involves crafting floral designs, assisting customers with their floral needs, and developing design proposals to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Own Visa required
• Can join immediately
• Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and industry trends.
• Excellent creativity with an eye for design, color, and detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

Work Environment:

• The role may require working beyond standard operational hours, including holidays, evenings, or days off, with compensatory days provided when business activity allows.
