Job Description

Job Title: Dispatch Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Package: AED 5,000.00 (AED 3,000.00 basic salary + AED 2,000.00 live-out allowance)

Job overview:
We are seeking a Dispatch Lead to oversee and manage dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This role involves leading the dispatch team and ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of LPOs while handling responsibilities similar to those of a Dispatch Assistant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Culinary/Apprenticeship Program preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of dispatch/warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, inventory management, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
