Job Overview:

To be an efficient first port of call for our visiting golfers and members. To handle customer comments and complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to consolidate payments effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate
  • 1with year golf experience  good command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent, in-depth knowledge of the golf booking system
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Job Type: Full-time
