Position: Floor plan Inspector (Event Site Inspector)
Monthly Salary: AED 6,150
Contract Duration: 6 months extendable
Working Hours/Days: 9am to 6pm
Location: Dubai

Job Purpose:- To perform the tasks assigned by the line manager. All tasks should be carried out efficiently and in a professional manner to maintain the highest standard of services as set by the department.- Review all submitted Events and Exhibition Floor Plan. Conducting a site inspection for each approved floor plan into three phases:- Build Up - Opening - Tear Down- Monitor the event set up on site as per the approved floor plan and implement the HSE Rules and Regulations.

• Looking for someone with experience in the events industry

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review all submitted Events and Exhibition Floor Plan.
• Company & other Destination Master floor plan updates
• Site Inspection
• On site discussion with the concerned planner to advise the Organizer for rectification and compliance.
• Reports
• To formulate and develop procedures and guidelines
• Follow up on stand completion status and ensure that the halls are ready for the opening. Carry out pre-opening checks.
• Implement any other duties as assigned by Venues Infrastructure and assist him in all operations matters.
• Implement duties in line with the Quality Standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge:

• Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent certification courses.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in the event industry
