Position: Site Supervisor
Monthly Salary: AED 5,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 depends on the experience
Contract Duration: 3 months
Working Hours/Days: 10 hours/ 6 days
Location: Dubai

HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND

Qualifications:

- 5+ Year Experience in Hotel Engineering within same role.

- Holding Engineering Diploma/Equivalent or above.

- English Speaking.

- Should follow good Grooming standards.

- Supervisor should be capable to do following:

• Well experienced in Projects related to civil works (Painting, Polishing, Grouting, Silicone application, replacement of Tiles/Marble/Granite, Spray painting, wallpaper replacement, carpentry works etc.)
• Preparing schedule and work plan in coordination with site engineers.
• Ensuring delivering the job as per 5-star hotel quality standards.
• Ensuring safety induction and H&S protocols in place.
• Escalate any technical issue to site engineers.
• Coordinating with Storekeeper to maintain inventory and update prior to full consumption.
• Daily report submission on the progress.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping and Front office to arrange access in the rooms and timely hand overs as per the protocols.
• Maintaining the logs and file them in the folder.
• Completing project within the timelines.
• Managing the team to avoid any complaints from guests next door by keeping control on the team and following site regulations and protocols.
• Should be available to work in night shift
