Position: Call Centre Agent
Monthly Salary: AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,000.00
Contract Duration: 6 months contract extendable
Working Hours/Days: 9 hours/ 6 days
Location: Dubai
Qualification:

Ability to assess data, make decisions on data merging and escalate to supervisors where more investigation is needed

Ability to stay focused in a professional environment, work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good oral and written communications skills and the ability to work a varying schedule is also required.

High energy level with focus on producing required results thru making outbound teleservice calls.

1-2 years plus of call centre experience
Job role:
-
Complete assigned support requests.

Answer inbound calls to address defined responsibilities in accordance with organization culture and customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Enter information captured during a phone conversation into multi-relational databases and/or Sales CRM system.

Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers.

Direct calls to other departments or teams as needed.

Answers inbound e-mails , chats , and other omnichannel interactions from customers if required.

Recover customers by offering special rates & offers.

Customer Data Cleansing & System updation.

Perform follow-up calls to customers who did not visit after confirming appointment.

Reschedule appointments based on customer convenience.
