Qualification and Skills:
Educational Background & Experience

College Computer Certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, inventory management, or logistics are preferred.

Prior experience in office administration, storekeeping, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Technical & Soft Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

Basic knowledge of SAP or other inventory management systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly.

Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Physical capability to handle and organize inventory as required.
