Position: Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: Full time
Salary: AED 2,500.00

Qualification and Skills:

Educational Background & Experience

  • College Computer Certificate or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration, inventory management, or logistics are preferred.
  • Prior experience in office administration, storekeeping, or a similar role is highly desirable.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Physical capability to handle and organize inventory as required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
