Job Description

Position: Junior Leasing Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 6 Months extendable
Salary: AED 6,000.00 - AED 7,000.00

Job Overview:

To manage and process yearly leases, renewal, inbound long-term enquiries, handling Long-term guest requests, complaints, Perform competition Market research & analysis and effective inventory management.

To coordinate between the different departments to ensure expediting the processes and formalities of the pre and post lease execution.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Graduate of Business Administration/Bachelor's degree holder.
  • 3 years' experience as Sales and Admin.
  • Minimum of 3 years with background in Residential and Real Estate properties
  • Creating and maintaining records to ensure quick retrieval of information.
  • MS Office applications.
  • Basic account management's skills.
  • Selling Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
