Job overview:

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Create and edit compelling stories and short-form videos (for snapchat and Tiktok) that showcase beauty treatments, products, and client

transformations.

2. Develop aesthetically pleasing content that aligns with the brand's visual identity and resonates with our target audience.

3. Execute content strategies focused on Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and other visual platforms, with a goal to increase followers and

engagement.

4. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, beauty, aesthetics, and content creation to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce fresh, innovative content ideas that attract new followers.

6. Manage social media accounts, ensuring regular posting and interaction with followers to build and grow a strong online community.

7. Track content performance, follower growth, and optimize future content for better results.

8. Capture behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, and real-time beauty transformations to enhance brand authenticity and attract

new followers.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

1. Increase social media followers across platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc..

Experience :

1. Total experience of minimum 4 years in content creation with proven experience of minimum 2 years in creating stories, reels, and aesthetic

content within the Aesthetic Beauty industry.

2. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, In video, etc..

3. Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.

4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Passion for beauty and aesthetics, with a strong sense of current trends.
