Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Designer to develop and create high-quality event designs using 3Ds Max/Corona, including design concepts with rationale, mood boards, layouts, and presentations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Estimators, and fellow Designers to ensure all outputs meet company standards, reflect creative innovation, and align with client briefs.
This role also includes the mentorship of junior designers, ensuring consistency in design quality and creative growth across the team.
