Job Description

Position: Marketing Coordinator/Administrator
Monthly Salary- AED 5000-7000
9hrs/6 Days a week
6 Months Contract -Extendable based on performance
Can join immediately.

1. Role Objective
The role of the Marketing Coordinator / Admin will assist and support the marketing team in all aspects of marketing coordination and administration across the entire asset portfolio. This includes full management of marketing administration tasks, liaising with tenants, support in execution of marketing calendars and events, support in maintaining relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance the awareness of the assets falling under the entity and supporting on delivering key objectives for the destination, including but not limited to: increased footfall, driving tenant sales, repeat visitation and high customer satisfaction.

2. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

  • Raising of Purchase Requests in Oracle.
  • Generating Purchase Orders in Oracle.
  • Generating and sharing work completion reports for all suppliers.
  • Scope of work creation and submission for procurement requests.
  • Communication with tenants regarding monthly offers and information.
  • Updating of promotions/events on website.
  • Daily stakeholder coordination with internal and external parties.
  • Support Marketing Executive with ad-hoc requests.
  • Support in marketing calendar execution across the portfolio.
  • Support in on-the-ground events across the portfolio.
  • Arrange site visits and coordinate with internal and external vendors on all requirements for visits.
  • Serve as liaison with vendors, suppliers, stakeholders and tenants on event-related matters.
  • Keep accurate records of all communication and ensure that all agreed deadlines are adhered to, including management of suppliers and event budgets if required.

Technical Skills and Work Experience

  • In possession of a formal marketing or events qualification or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or administration, preferably within the tourism/hospitality/destination marketing/retail or events industry.
  • Experience with raising purchase requests, orders and work completion orders.
  • Experience in liaising with suppliers, clients, stakeholders and internal teams and managing suppliers.
