Key Requirements:

Strong network and connections with Tour Operators and Destination Management Companies (DMCs)

Prior experience with one of the top 10 DMCs is mandatory
-
Ability to represent the company at 4–5 international trade shows annually

Proven track record of managing guest complaints and delivering outstanding customer service
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the UAE market
-
Age should not exceed 40–42 years

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
