Major Duties:
• Service Provider Management to ensure delivery of contracted services are within the requirements of KPI.
• Ensure the Energy conservation continuation through Service Provider,
• Monitoring of DEWA & Tabreed billings,
• Manage schedules, site inspection and services with contractors to ensure that repairs and regular maintenance are carried out with the required standards,
* Perform routine inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
6 months to upto 12 months contract. Open to all Nationalities. With all UAE benefits. Candidates on self sponsored visas will be preferred.
