Position: Executive – Free Zone Commercial
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000
We are currently seeking an experienced Executive – Free Zone Commercial to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with free zones in Dubai/UAE and a strong understanding of company setup processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate with Corporate Service Providers (CSPs), including reviewing commission structures and contract terms.

Maintain accurate records of CSP engagements and track commissions due per client or transaction.

Communicate with CSPs for documentation, clarifications, and invoicing.

Prepare summary reports on commissions earned, pending, and collected, ensuring alignment with finance and audit requirements.

Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, collections, and timely payouts.

Deliver front-facing and customer service support when needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Dubai/UAE free zone environment.

Strong knowledge of company setup procedures.

Basic understanding of invoicing and financial coordination.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
