We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Ecosystem Development – Executive to support the design and execution of initiatives that strengthen the SME ecosystem in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering partnerships, improving market access for Emirati SMEs, and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of programs and initiatives that support the SME ecosystem.
• Facilitate collaborations and partnerships that enhance opportunities for Emirati SMEs.
• Contribute to the development of strategic relationships with stakeholders and industry partners.
• Support efforts to create a supportive environment for entrepreneurship and business innovation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, International Trade, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in ecosystem development, business development, partnerships, or entrepreneurial support roles. Internships and relevant academic projects will also be considered.
• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills:
• Ability to build networks with industry professionals and business associations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and SME support programs.
