Job Title: Assistant Registrations Manager
Contract Duration: 5 Months
Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Registrations Manager to support the planning and execution of event registration processes—both online and onsite. This is a contract-based role for 5 months, ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, event technology, and visitor experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the exhibition industry, particularly registrations and visitor experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with CRM software and process mapping
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Experience working with diverse cultures, particularly in the Middle East

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
