Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across the UAE
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Provide expert guidance to clients on property selection, pricing, and market trends
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE market
• Strong understanding of local property trends and communities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Self-Sponsored/ Own Visa holder (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
• RERA certification is a plus
