We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all Engineering Maintenance Staff and External Contracting Staff, ensuring the smooth and cost-effective operation of the department. You will also play a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of the Club’s repair and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise engineering and maintenance personnel as well as external contractors
  • Oversee and ensure efficient operation of all engineering sections
  • Maintain high standards of repair, maintenance, and safety
  • Monitor and improve maintenance procedures and service delivery
  • Report regularly on departmental performance and operational issues

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
