Position: Drivers
Working Days/Hours: 6 days per week, 9 hours daily (Rotational Shift)
Salary: AED 3,900.00

Role Overview:

Responsible for the timely and safe transportation of goods and staff using company vehicles/trucks as directed by the Fleet Manager. The driver must maintain a high standard of service and ensure punctuality and safety during all transport tasks related to events and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for event-related services across various locations.
• Hold at least 2 out of the following 3 valid UAE driving licenses:
• Light Vehicle
• Heavy Truck
• Heavy Bus

Any combination of two is acceptable.

• Handle special requests from management, including:
• Picking up/delivering tender documents and invoices
• Transporting equipment and materials for exhibitions and events
• Ensuring deliveries match delivery notes
• Liaise with government offices and other departments to deliver goods and official documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly vehicle monitoring reports, including:
• Usage, mileage, fuel consumption
• Maintenance and repair records
• Access card details
• Ensure timely transport of technical staff to and from event sites.
• Maintain the vehicle logbook and related documents.
• Comply with all UAE traffic laws and ensure zero tolerance for intoxicating substances while on duty.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks: oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
• Ensure vehicle security and timely maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including during extended hours for event support.

Work Environment:

• Frequent travel is required (approx. 1,000 KM/week)
• Flexibility to work extended hours depending on event schedules

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• High School or Plus Two level education

Licensing:

• Valid UAE driving license (must hold any two of the following):

License Number 4 or Number 6

• Light Vehicle
• Heavy Truck
• Heavy Bus

Experience:

• At least 5 years of driving experience in the UAE with a clean record
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road networks
• Familiarity with GPS and basic vehicle maintenance

Skills:

• Good communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to follow instructions and interact professionally
• Patience and a proactive attitude

Training (Preferred):

• Certification in delivering awareness or safety sessions
