Position: Assistant Manager - Viya Customer Service| Full time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000.00

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Customer Service to lead and support our customer service team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, coaching team members, and maintaining high standards through effective processes and documentation. The ideal candidate brings a balance of leadership, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset to elevate the service experience.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Proven experience in process documentation and SOP creation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with customer service tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zendesk, Salesforce) and
  • documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Docs, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is necessary and desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
