Job Title: Sales Manager – Software Sales (Product Division)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Product Division, focusing on software sales across the GCC region. The ideal candidate must be a proactive hunter, with a solid track record in lead generation, opportunity creation, and new business development in the enterprise software space.
This is not an account management or relationship management role — we need a self-motivated professional who thrives on building pipelines, securing meetings, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our software products across the GCC region

Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and deal closure

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsBuild a robust pipeline using a combination of cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry events

Conduct compelling product presentations and demos to potential clients

Collaborate with the pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Key Requirements:

6–10 years of relevant experience in software or SaaS sales in the banking industry/GCC region

Proven track record as a hunter – not just managing existing accounts but actively generating new leads

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution selling

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience in handling enterprise and government clients is an advantage

Based in the UAE with willingness to travel across the GCC as needed

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
