Scope of Work / Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound customer calls
  • Performing outbound follow-up calls (call-backs)
  • Managing and responding to email inquiries
  • Providing timely and professional email responses to clients

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
