Conduct all types of air conditioning mechanics works to maintain related assets in an operational and safe manner, with zero down time.
Assist other departments for their air conditioning mechanical requirements in various jobs, functions and events to support business continuity
Assist line manager in the preparation of defects notifications, monitoring progress effectiveness remedial works, outstanding works and end of defect works carried out by outside contractors to keep up DWTC assets in operational condition.
Implement duties in line with the Quality standard, Security and Health & safety requirements, to ensure safe working environment free of business interruption
Report on performed jobs created by work orders accurately in terms of man-hours and consumable to allow for better controlling of labour's cost and inventory items
Maintain a professional conduct with customers and end-users all building's premises to promote good presentation of Engineering discipline in organization.
