Position: Project Manager/Scrum Master Data

Monthly salary: 18K-22K

Work Hours: 9hrs/5 Days a week

Contract Period: 3 Months Extendable based on performance

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager / Scrum Master – Data & Analytics is responsible for the delivery of data and analytics projects using agile methodologies. The role ensures the alignment of cross-functional teams, timely delivery of value, and the promotion of agile best practices. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, a background in data, and the ability to effectively facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in agile/scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of data projects including data engineering, analytics, and reporting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is required.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient in using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and project tracking dashboards.
• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and BI tools is a plus.
