4. Technology & Tools Implementation

Select and deploy project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Spider, Monday.com).

6. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Define and monitor KPIs for both individual projects and overall PMO success.

Recommend real-time dashboarding for C-suite visibility (aligned with DET’s quarterly review frameworks).

Conduct post-project evaluations and facilitate lessons-learned sessions.

Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and data-driven decision-making.

Develop mechanisms to track and assess external partner performance (e.g., contractors, promoters, influencers).

Introduce innovation-focused KPIs supporting DFRE’s push into future-forward experiences (e.g., metaverse events, AR/VR activations, digital malls).
7. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Lead organizational change management efforts for PMO implementation.
-
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders (e.g., DCTCM, business councils, venues, retailers) to ensure strategic alignment.

Address resistance to new processes and foster a culture of project ownership and accountability.

Establish cross-departmental coordination mechanisms to align marketing, commercial, and digital campaign efforts with project timelines and goals.
