Job Description

Role Purpose:

Develop and maintain a portfolio of shows, events and fit-outs the company executes. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A degree that includes project management coursework is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the events and exhibitions industry.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient in general IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant presentation software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
