Role Purpose:
Develop and maintain a portfolio of shows, events and fit-outs the company executes. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Monitoring project schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

A degree that includes project management coursework is preferred.
Experience:

Minimum of 5–6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the events and exhibitions industry.
Skills and Knowledge:

Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.

Proficient in general IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant presentation software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; training will be provided if necessary.

Proactive and strategic thinker who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
