Job Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage all receiving-related activities in our store. The role ensures efficient daily operations, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the receiving store area in a clean, organized, and compliant manner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with full responsibility and accountability.
  • Oversee and control the receipt and movement of all Purchase Order (PO) items, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the Adaco system to maintain real-time inventory and financial data.
  • Provide operational support to the stores, including:
  • Monitoring product temperatures
  • Tracking near-expiry items
  • Recording and reporting supplier performance against quality, delivery, and invoicing standards

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or store operations role, preferably within a medium to large organization.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office, FMC, ADACO, ERP systems, RMC, Symphony JBR & Net View Point is preferred
  • Prior training in system use and customer service is an advantage
  • Intermediate computer skills required

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
