Job Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented F&B Storekeeper to manage the Engineering Stores. This role includes maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and facilitating the efficient flow of materials. The Storekeeper will be accountable for monitoring stock movements, recording daily transactions in the ERP system, and supporting regular stock audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the engineering stores in a clean, organized, and compliant state.
  • Monitor the movement and transactions of all inventory items.
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (surprise, monthly, and annual) to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Track and report slow-moving or obsolete items and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate with the engineering department to align stock requirements and replenishment schedules.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or inventory-related role, preferably within a medium to large organization.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, FMC, ADACO, ERP systems, Infrasys Cloud Reporting, and Symphony Net View Point is preferred
  • Prior training in system use, customer service, and cross-exposure in the engineering department is an advantage

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
