Job Description

Job Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Food Hygiene and Safety Manager in ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and safety standards across the client’s Food & Beverage operations at the venue. The role involves assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of hygiene systems aligned with HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, and Green Globe certification requirements.

The role also ensures all statutory requirements from regulatory authorities such as Dubai Municipality and ADAFSA are met, and that food safety documentation is properly maintained across kitchen and operational areas to meet internal audit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Diploma in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc / B.Tech) in Food Hygiene, Food Technology, or Microbiology is an added advantage

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within 5-star hotel, hospitality, catering, or food manufacturing industries
  • Experience working in a convention or exhibition center is preferred

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email)
  • Experience with digital or online audit systems is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Familiarity with food hygiene regulations and audit processes

Training & Certifications:

  • Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety training (required)
  • Level 4 Advanced Food Hygiene training (preferred)
  • HACCP / ISO 22000 training
  • Internal HACCP Auditor training (preferred)

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
