Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising all transportation requirements related to Hospitality Services, both within and outside of the client's operational premises. The role ensures efficient transport coordination, compliance with safety standards, and excellent service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• High school education
• OR at least two years of experience in transport operations

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a transportation operations role, preferably within hospitality or service industries

Skills & Knowledge:

• Valid UAE driving license
• Good knowledge of traffic rules, regulations, and operational procedures
• Physically fit with good vision
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork
• Leadership and team development mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical expertise related to transport logistics
• Focused on timely delivery and service excellence
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Basic food hygiene training (preferred)
