Job Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Purpose

To perform the tasks assigned by the line manager. All tasks should be carried out efficiently and in a professional manner to maintain the highest standard of services as set by the department.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the event industry in an operational role

Skills and Knowledge

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Email
  • Knowledge of EBMS
  • Report writing
  • IOSH certified

Training

  • Participation in trainings/workshops related to event management, including:
  • Event planning & operations
  • Project management
  • Self-organisation
  • Time management

(Training provided internally)

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
