Job Purpose
To manage the manpower planning of event-based housekeeping deployment in coordination with the Operations team. The role requires understanding the housekeeping budget framework and developing event-wise forecasts. The position involves reviewing actual manpower trends from previous years, analyzing the current year’s event calendar and venue space allocations, and preparing appropriate staffing plans to support operational efficiency. The candidate must be well-communicated and capable of constructively challenging assumptions to ensure budget/forecast alignment, effective planning, and workforce optimization.
