Job Purpose

Manage and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, ensuring smooth operations at the back of the house and, where applicable, the front of the house

Lead the stewarding team and control all related costs
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge
Formal Education
-
Hotel Management Graduate, or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role, or 3 years’ work experience as Supervisor Stewarding in a well-established hospitality organization
Work Experience
-
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, or 3 years as Supervisor Stewarding within a reputable hospitality organization
Skills and Knowledge

Technical skills relevant to the stewarding function

Chemical handling expertise

Proactive leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong time management and self-organization abilities

Knowledge of EBMS, Adaco, or equivalent systems
Training

Intermediate Hygiene Training

Train-the-Trainer or equivalent (preferred)
