Job Description

Job Start Date: October 1, 2025

Job Purpose

  • Manage and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, ensuring smooth operations at the back of the house and, where applicable, the front of the house
  • Lead the stewarding team and control all related costs

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge

Formal Education

  • Hotel Management Graduate, or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar role, or 3 years’ work experience as Supervisor Stewarding in a well-established hospitality organization

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role, or 3 years as Supervisor Stewarding within a reputable hospitality organization

Skills and Knowledge

  • Technical skills relevant to the stewarding function
  • Chemical handling expertise
  • Proactive leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong time management and self-organization abilities
  • Knowledge of EBMS, Adaco, or equivalent systems

Training

  • Intermediate Hygiene Training
  • Train-the-Trainer or equivalent (preferred)
  • Effective communication
  • Managerial/Supervisory skills

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to AED13,000.00 per month
