Job Purpose

Lead all aspects of event operations independently in line with DWTC standards, including setup, service delivery, and post-event closure

Manage people, assets, and other resources within the section

Proactively ensure cost efficiency and meet budget targets while delivering smooth and efficient event execution within or outside DWTC
-
Serve customers in a way that enhances the business and image of the facility, driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and repeat business
-
Ensure compliance with government regulations and adherence to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge
Formal Education
-
High School Diploma, Degree, or Hotel School Management qualification
-
Minimum 2 years in a similar role or 3 years in Operations Management within a well-established hospitality organization
-
Intermediate Hygiene Certificate / HACCP Awareness
-
Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is an advantage
Work Experience
-
2+ years in a similar role or 3+ years in Operations Management in hospitality
-
Knowledge/familiarity with Micros (preferred)

Experience in management and leadership roles
-
Financial reporting experience (preferred)
