Job Description

Job Purpose

The Partnership Manager works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to lead activities with media and community partners. Across the ICT cluster of shows, this role is responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies, managing relationships with trade media, associations, and community networks, and maximizing the benefits of these collaborations.

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge

Formal Education

  • Degree or Diploma

Work Experience

  • Proven track record in a partnership or business development role (essential)
  • Experience working for an event organizer – trade show or conference (desirable)
  • Team management experience (essential)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (essential); Arabic (desirable)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English; Arabic preferred

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
