Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Work Experience

Proven experience in client relationship management within the events industry

Track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, production, operations)

Budget management and vendor coordination experience

Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

4-5 years of experience
Skills and Knowledge

Strong project management skills, including timeline and budget control

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Negotiation and upselling skills to identify and convert revenue opportunities

Ability to work in both office and onsite environments, with flexibility in working hours

Understanding of event compliance, quality standards, and brand guidelines
Training

Event planning and operations training (preferred)

Customer relationship management training (preferred)

Health & safety training for onsite operations (preferred)
