Job Description

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge

Formal Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Work Experience

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the events industry
  • Track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, production, operations)
  • Budget management and vendor coordination experience
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • 4-5 years of experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong project management skills, including timeline and budget control
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiation and upselling skills to identify and convert revenue opportunities
  • Ability to work in both office and onsite environments, with flexibility in working hours
  • Understanding of event compliance, quality standards, and brand guidelines

Training

  • Event planning and operations training (preferred)
  • Customer relationship management training (preferred)
  • Health & safety training for onsite operations (preferred)

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
