Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our Exhibitions Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing innovative marketing and communications strategies to promote the client’s exhibitions and events, both regionally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project team to devise and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for marketing and communications activities for the exhibitions portfolio.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, tools, and activities to enhance event visibility and engagement.

Assist project managers in pitching for corporate sponsors and securing partnerships.

Oversee the development and production of marketing collateral in collaboration with project managers across a range of regional and international exhibitions.

Support the enhancement of exhibitions by conducting database research, developing conference programmes, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, and other value-added offerings.

Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external agencies, including printers, designers, marketing firms, PR agencies, photographers, and media partners.

Manage on-site marketing activities during exhibitions, including press conferences, press days, and media centres.

Research and develop new show ideas and identify potential markets to expand the exhibitions portfolio.

Oversee database management and create dedicated data management procedures to improve marketing efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business practices.

Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and collateral production.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of database management and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
